Please read these terms carefully before using FeelTrack.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FeelTrack (the "Service"), operated by FeelTrack ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Description of Service
FeelTrack is a mood and wellness tracking application that allows you to:
- Record daily emotional check-ins using the PANAS (Positive and Negative Affect Schedule) framework
- Write structured journal entries
- View trends, patterns, and insights about your emotional well-being
- Connect health devices to correlate physical data with mood
- Share check-in summaries with trusted buddies
- Receive AI-powered insights and reflections
FeelTrack is a self-awareness tool. It is not a medical device, therapy service, or substitute for professional mental health care.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using FeelTrack, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may not create accounts through automated means or use another person's account without permission.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Upload malicious content, spam, or harmful material
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service
- Impersonate another person or entity
6. Subscriptions & Payments
FeelTrack offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not affect active billing periods.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, its design, code, content, and branding are owned by FeelTrack and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you create (journal entries, check-ins, tags). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.
8. Data & Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our <a class="text-indigo-600 hover:text-indigo-800 underline" href="/privacy">Privacy</a> for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Key points:
- Your mood and journal data is stored securely and encrypted at rest
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties
- You can export or delete your data at any time
- AI features process your data to generate insights but do not share it externally
9. Health Integrations
When you connect third-party health devices (Fitbit, Oura, Strava, etc.), data flows directly from the provider to FeelTrack via OAuth. We store health metrics solely to correlate with your mood data.
You may disconnect any integration and delete all associated health data at any time. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party health data.
10. AI-Powered Features
FeelTrack uses AI to generate insights, reflections, and pattern analysis. These outputs are informational only and should not be interpreted as medical or psychological advice.
AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate or unhelpful. We design our AI to be honest and avoid sycophancy, but it has limitations.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeelTrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings.
Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may export your data before deleting your account.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FeelTrack operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
